This form provides the organisers with information about who will be attending, how many days you plan to stay at the rally and what organised events you would like to take part in. It also allows you to pay the campsite fees. Once submitted you will be emailed a PDF of the completed form. If you wish to pay for the rally by cheque then you can post the printed PDF form along with your cheque to the address below. You can also pay online using Stripe ( Debit/Credit card). If paying online then you don’t need to post the emailed PDF, the organisers will receive email proof of purchase. Which ever way you wish to pay please do fill out this form so the organisers can plan a brilliant event. Thank you.

Yes it does but only for the dates the rally is taking place. If you wish to camp either before or after the rally then you need to book this yourself directly with the racecourse – 01328 862388 https://norfolkcoast-caravancampingholidays.co.uk/. Of course you don’t need to camp at the Racecourse but if you wish to take part in the events then you will need to purchase a welcome pack.
Please note, a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per booking and must be kept on a lead at all times.
Fakenham Racecourse consists of over 70 acres of course and parklands within the heart of the North Norfolk coast. Superb beaches at Holkham, Burnham and Brancaster can be reached within a 20 minute drive. Days can be spent visiting the seals, shopping in market towns, and enjoying beautiful walks under England’s biggest skies. The Royal coast stately homes of Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton can all be easily explored along with His Majesty’s favourite home at Sandringham. On site you will find excellent facilities including purpose built toilet and shower block which are regularly serviced. We also have exclusive use of the Prince of Wales hospitality rooms for the Saturday evening. The campsite has 125 Caravan/Motorvan/Tent pitches, most with 15amp electric hook ups. As we’re using an existing camp site the costing is a little more involved compared to us using a big grassy field with very little services. We have access to ‘proper’ toilet and shower facilities and part of the hospitality suite for our infamous Saturday evening quiz and get-together. We appreciate it’s not that easy working out the costing, to help we have created some tables for you to use. It may look complicated but half the tables deal with those bringing a tent, the other half are for caravan/camper homes.
For example, a family of 2 adults and 3 children for two nights (Friday and Saturday) in a caravan would cost:
Adults = £56.00
Children = £18.00
Total = £64.00
Example2, a family of 2 adults and 4 children for three nights (Thursday. Friday and Saturday) in a tent would cost:
Adults = £48.00
Children = £48.00
Total = £96.00
