On May 2nd 2026, the Club AGM takes place at the Gaydon Motor Museum, CV35 0BJ, commencing 11:00 am (GMT). All members/join members are welcome to come along.

1) Any member of the company is entitled to attend and vote at the above mentioned meeting. A proxy form will be available and should be completed appropriately to reflect the member’s wishes.
2) The full accounts and every document required by law to be annexed to it will be laid before the above mentioned meeting.
