The name of the Club shall be the ‘Land Rover Series 2 Club’, hereinafter referred to as
‘the club’.

• The clubs’ classifieds website is strictly for private sellers only. Ads representing goods or services from any commercial business are not allowed unless express permission has been granted.
• The club does not hold the title of any vehicle, does not inspect any vehicle nor does it have
  possession of any vehicle listed or sold through The clubs website.
• To list your Land Rover for sale, you must provide accurate and complete information.
• You must not post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libellous content or use the clubs classified pages for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other
  unlawful activity.
• You must not sell any counterfeit vehicles or otherwise infringe any Intellectual Property
  Rights that belongs to third parties or post content that does not belong to you.
• You must not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise
  mislead as to the origin of a message or other content uploaded on the The clubs classified pages.
• Include the whole ad in your post. Don’t just link to your ad on another website – include all the details in your post. Links to ads on other websites will be deleted.
• By participating in the selling or buying of any private sale you are entering into a contract with the buyer or seller only. The club cannot take any responsibility for items that are mis-sold, go missing or are damaged. We cannot and will not arbitrate on sales between private individuals.
• The club does not guarantee the sale of your Land Rover. The success of your listing depends on various factors beyond our control.
• You must not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access our services for any purpose. Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, are strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your listings, including any text, photos, and other information. It is forbidden to publish classified ads using the data of third parties without their knowledge and consent.
• The club provides the website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content on our site.
• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the club, its affiliates, and their respective officers and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the website or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• It is forbidden to place classified ads placing on the market objects and goods derived from crime.
• Adding many classified ads (spam) is connected with the removal of the classified ads.
• The Website Administrator makes efforts to remove content commonly considered vulgar or offensive as soon as possible, however, the website is not moderated in real time, so some classified ads may appear on the website for a while. If you see a classified ad that violates good manners or any laws, report it for removal – [email protected]. The Website administrator will make every effort to ensure that it disappears from the website as soon as possible.
